We’ve been made aware that scammers are impersonating Northwest Great Books and, in some cases, using my name to contact authors. These individuals falsely claim to represent Northwest Great Books and attempt to charge fees to authors to feature or promote their books.

Please know this clearly and unequivocally:

Northwest Great Books never charges authors any fee to highlight, feature, review, or discuss their books.
If anyone asks you for payment while claiming to represent Northwest Great Books, that communication is not legitimate.

We take this situation seriously and are committed to protecting authors from fraudulent activity. If you are ever unsure about a message you’ve received, we encourage you to reach out to us directly.

• Do not send payment or personal information

• Save the message or screenshots if possible

• Report the communication to us so we can track and address the issue
